About Dayna Pavich
A descendant of John Richards “Little Bearskin” McKay, Titameg “Whitefish” Savagasse, the Linklaters and the MacDermots, Dayna has a strong connection to her Indigenous roots.
Growing up with a father who played a major role in local, provincial and national Metis communities, Dayna also became involved in her local Metis community through outreach programs, youth groups and the regional council.
As a Metis woman, Dayna is extremely driven and believes in a community-first approach. She strives to set an example for her two daughters. With a background in science and a long history with the Metis Nation of British Columbia and the Metis Nation of Ontario, she believes in giving back to her community.
At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dayna recognized a pressing need for a reliable disinfecting service. With this in mind, she founded Infinity Industrial Services Inc. as a sanitizing business. As time passed, the company evolved and joined forces with BD Power Services Inc. to form IGS. Dayna’s vision was to establish a company that could make a positive impact on the community and help others. She is committed to providing training and long-term job opportunities to her employees, while also establishing strong relationships with Indigenous communities to share in mutual success.
